There's a mandatory damage deposit from the hotel, which it has a cost of $250 USD. After checkout, they will return it to you. This is to compensate for any damage inside the perimeters of the establishment, not the apartment.

We had a great stay! The space was very clean, exactly as described, and the host was responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our visit. The view was a wonderful bonus and made the stay even more enjoyable.

The home was exactly as described, spotlessly clean, comfortable, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect. One of our favorite parts was the breathtaking view from the balcony. Waking up to the beautiful beach scenery each day and enjoying the peaceful ocean views made our stay even more special. The resort itself was fantastic, with excellent amenities that were clean, well-maintained, and added so much to the overall experience. Our host was responsive, and welcoming, ensuring that everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable, stress-free, and memorable stay. Thank you for a fantastic experience!
