An extremely unpleasant experience Positive: They have a dock Negative: Upon arrival, the apartment was in complete disarray — dirty throughout, with mattresses displaced and the unit clearly unprepared for guests. The condition was simply unacceptable. I had traveled specifically for a business meeting that same day and needed only to drop my luggage, change, and leave. Instead, I was unable to even enter the space comfortably due to its condition. I contacted the property manager by phone, who acknowledged the situation and verbally agreed to cancel my reservation and issue a full refund. That refund has yet to appear on my credit card, and I am still waiting. Left with no option, I had to rush to my meeting carrying all of my luggage and scramble to find last-minute accommodations for a four-night business trip — an entirely avoidable and stressful situation. I traveled alone, which made this difficult enough. I cannot imagine a family with young children arriving to these same conditions and having to secure same-day lodging on the spot. I have photos documenting the state of the unit. I hope management resolves the refund promptly and takes the necessary steps to ensure this does not happen to another guest.

Had a great stay overall. The place was clean, comfortable, and matched the listing. The host was responsive and helpful throughout the stay. Check-in was easy and the area felt safe and convenient. I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others visiting the area.
