The host was ok at communicating but not great. Initially the door codes were not shared. We showed up at 6pm and it took a while for them to respond. No one answered the phone when I called. We made them aware of a bug issue and even offered to set off a bug bomb. Nothing was done. We asked for clean blankets but that didn’t appear to have been resolved based on the smell of the blanket. The kitchen was not well equipped and the coffee machine was old and dirty. They had mismatched dishes, glasses and cups. It is the small details that set one place apart from others."
