A fully equipped apartment with parking located in east little habana with quick access to Brickell & South Beach. You will love the apartment & it's location!

Fully equipped with all you need for your stay. Kitchen with full utensils, wifi, smart tv, linen,  towels, etc.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a multi-family complex but is not wheelchair accessible (2 steps are needed to enter the unit).

The apartment has a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a big bathroom, and 2 rooms, one with a queen size bed and another with two individual beds. A sofa bed is available in the living room & a smart TV(please let us know so we can prepare the sofa bed for you).

We will grant you all the check-in instructions through messages after the check-in process its done, so please stay tuned for automatic messaging.

Early check-in and late check-out if available can be provided at extra cost.

A dog is allowed in the unit and has an extra cleaning fee. We accept certain breeds, given the size of the apartment and the canine itself. We don't accept cats. 

All check-in and check-out process is done remotely. You will be provided with a unique code for entering. More details about the process will be provided by direct message.

It is important to understand that as a host, we will offer essential items for your stay, having extras kept inside cabinets. Afterward, you must personally supply yourself within the ongoing reservation.

- **Julio**: "I appreciate the early check-in—it gave me extra time to take in the apartment’s unique atmosphere. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. Upon arrival, I was met with a foul odor that lingered throughout my stay. The vents were thick with dust and had damp water marks that could very well be mold—something the host should have professionally checked and disclosed in the listing. When I raised concerns about the odor, it took the host over 36 hours to respond, making it clear that guest comfort isn’t a priority. The bathtub looked nothing like the photos, with rust and chemical stains. Cleanliness was clearly not a priority (even with the $150+ cleaning fee), as the floors were noticeably dirty. And don’t expect a peaceful stay—the noise from the chickens and other wildlife right outside makes sure of that. Between the lack of hygiene, the misleading listing photos, and the complete disregard for guest experience, I can confidently say I will never stay here again." (2/5)
