The apartment is on the Second floor (stairs are needed to access the unit). 

Equipped with all you need for your stay. Kitchen with full utensils, wifi, smart TV, a paid shared washer and dryer, linen,  towels, etc. Parking spot available on premises.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a multi-family complex that is not wheelchair-accessible (stairs are needed to enter the unit).

Building next to train, great for fast transportation to brickell and around miami. Keep in mind the noise of the train is heard from inside the unit.

The apartment has a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a big bathroom, and a cozy room with a queen size bed and smart tv.
